Personally I don't think another forum needs to be created for "meaningful" conversation. If you want that then you should attempt to lead by example rather than requesting an entirely new forum be created.

I have noticed forums in the BBS being loading with things to do and nothing else. If we can, There should be another forum for people with a MEANINGFUL conversation. Another is seeing that the Pico Day series page hasn't been updated for 2010. It would be nice to view the funny animations from 2010 easier. The last is not being able to search for flash/Music/Art by Tags. It only lets you search for the author or the Title.
