because im not very good at it :(

Anyway, when I saw that you were using a madness style, I almost headbanged, but then I saw the character design, and, for a madness movie, I'm impressed. Just be sure that you animate the madness properly, and don't move around body parts for the sake of moving around body parts. The character design and weapon, I must say, is really nice. Keep it up.

Whether you can animate legs and arms or not, I think the madness style looks good and as long as your other animated parts continue to look good then there's no reason not to do it. I like the couple of frames that you've posted already. What's you plan for that main character? Is he going to follow the game story line or something?

i am making a gears of war flash with just mainly Carmine type people, but i dont know what the storyline should be about, anyone have ideas?
If 1 person does the whole storyline and is good i will add as writer, if i ever finish it :P

Not much to say, except that I think you should try to discover your own style of drawing that works for you rather than trying to copy someone else's art style just because you feel that it looks good.
It might be hard at first, but try and continue to do so, you will get there sooner or later.

Maybe increase the frame rate to make it more smooth. Some shading wouldn't hurt and more detail in the backgrounds. But other than that its pretty good. Findssounds.com | Sounddogs.com
