I've made these before. If you want to make a design for the interface in photoshop or something, I could probably stick in a flash file for you and code up the player. It would just read a directory for sound files and pick one to play.

I actually just made one of those today. I made an html version, and a flash version. Loads resized images - or thumbnails - into duplicated movieclips and shows the full image on click. A half decent application.

I think that's how the send method works in LoadVars(), but I don't quite remember.
