Obama. The economy in too many swing states is doing well for Romney to even make it close at this point. Romney is kinda just the candidate that was there for 2012, the Republicans will field a much stronger candidate in 2016 (unless of course Romney does squeak by in this election)

I mean the situation looks like it can no where but up at this point. There won't be any intervention most likely because the Security Council (re: China & Russia) won't approve any mission to Syria, so it'd have to be a mission without the support of the UN.

I don't see the violence spreading considering that this has been going on for so long already.

The ACA's are a watered down sell out anyways, they leave millions still without health insurance. That being said they are still better then doing nothing to fix the problem

My guess is a 6-3 or 5-4 ruling upholding them.

All of the cable news channels are just there to get ratings, Fox News is just the most obvious one. It's been ruled in court that Fox News doesn't have to report facts because it's been determined that is is "entertainment".
