I dunno.
I designed it in Photoshop and just took the images from it.
I'll probably work on getting it in just CSS soon. :)

Sorry... I don't like it.
Too basic... Your previous design was better in my opinion.
And yes, as others said: More fire. But don't overhaul.

Hmm... Well, I got it to work in IE6, but there are quite a few errors, not to mention that png transparency doesn't work (I thought that .pngs didn't work at all, but it's just the transparency :P), so I'll just add a note at the bottom telling to get FF.

On FF and IE I keep getting a 'Problem Loading Page' error, server not found.
I can get to any other place on the internet, but that link refuses to work for me.

Yeah, for some reason the whole site (my subdomain and the main site) don't work for some people...
I'm buying my own hosting soon though, so that should be fine.
If you really want to see it, just use a proxy or something.

Thank you for all of that... I actually did it all (except for the external stylesheet code), but I did it locally and hadn't bothered to upload it yet...
This isn't the full portfolio yet.
I'm trying to make it compatible with all browsers before I continue with the content.

Nice, I just think that the bottom "Recent Work" thing should be centered ;).

For some reason I had to do that manually... My
"text-align:center"
under body didn't do it for that... So I wasn't sure if it was exact.
How much is it off by, if you know?

Also, anyone who can help me out, I need a script that will detect the browser that the user is on, and if on IE6 or lower, just give them a link to Firefox and some other stuff, because I use .png for my image format, and unfortunately they don't show up in IE6 or lower D'=

Sometimes your browser will automatically add a bit of spacing if you leave lines inbetween images.

Wow, that's weird.
Worked though. Thanks lots

Nav bar problem... Unwanted space Posted August 31st, 2007 in Programming

Hey... I need some help.
I'm working on a template, and when trying to code the navbar for it, I ran into some trouble...
Between each image... there's a space.
I don't know why.
It's weird.
Image attached... yes, there are other buttons, but this is all I have in the page because of the problem.

Here's the source.

<head>

<style>
body{
background-color:FFFFFF;
text-align:center;
}
</style>

</head>

<body>
<img src="images/header.png"><br />

<img src="images/home.png" border=0>

<img src="images/work.png" border=0>

Most importantly the actual act of transferring ownership and control once a price has been agreed upon.

Well, I would imagine that they would either transfer the domain name to your current account holding your current domain, or if you don't have one, they'll just give you the password and you can login and change it.
