The idea totally sucks (Sorry), I mean, the storyline's totally out-of-whack, the mask-style, color, and outfit make him look like a rip-off, his abdomen's showing, making him look like a homo, and what's that text say? Cceite? What the fuck?

But if you fabricated the image all by yourself, it's pretty dope. Start a new project with an idea that's not revolved completely around a storyline that's a spin-off of something already created by someone else. Like, let's say you thought of your OWN character, 100% original, and gave him a little story (Without Capitalizing Random Works, Bro), and with a little bit of higher resolution, you'd get some awesome feedback.
