There are probably going to be loads of natural environmental disasters in the runup to 2012, which the authorities will blame on man-made global warming and use to bring in a control grid.

My best advice would be to test out Ubuntu from a memory stick/CD before properly installing it.

Or, you can try Puppy Linux. It's immensely fast.

The problem with Newgrounds money Posted August 14th, 2009 in General

One game has 50,000 views and makes $4.45.

The other game has 1,500 views and makes $5.53

Seems fair..

The one thing I've noticed is that it's your operating system that is slowing down your computer most fo the time.

If you install Puppy Linux onto a memory stick and run that on your computer, every application opens and runs instantly.

I have had this problem, and so, the solution is....

STOP READING FICTION. Fiction generally sucks. It's much better to watch fiction in the form of a Hollywood movie.

If you want some really good books, try Confessions of Economic Hitman by John Perkins, Ecoscience by John P. Holdren (he's a very sick man). Just try reading alternative political books. It's very interesting to understand how the world works.

Fact is stranger than fiction, and I'll tell you: reading into some of the world's inner workings is far more thrilling than any movie you'll watch on TV, either.

Exactly. I mean, Vista is good 99 times out of 100, but then one day, it will just suddenly start fucking up. It's very disappointing, because otherwise, it's an excellent OS.

I get quite a few views on my user page, and my games have been played by quite a number of people. So yeah... I guess I'm somewhat well-known. I'd consider myself probably 3rd rung on the ladder, not uber-famous, not famous, but not completely unknown either.

There's some good stuff in the Bible if you actually read it. I'm not going to claim that it is THE holy book and you'll go to hell if you don't believe -- but try reading it. It exposes a lot of the fake people in society.

Look, man. I understand that you've signed up for the military, and now you're doing everything you can to deny that the US is run by scum, but hey... it's never too late to quit. You can quit, you know. They won't shoot you for it, and you'll do world peace a great service.

Just remember, Henry Kissinger said that US soldiers are just stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy. That's a quote from the man. You know, the respected foreign policy kingpin. So just realise, when you join the military, they don't care if you die. Often, they use you as pawns.

NOW who is showing a low IQ? Just because I criticise Israel, doesn't mean I'm anti-Semitic. OK. If I was anti-Semitic, I would say, "I hate Jews". Of course, up in my family lineage, there are a lot of Jewish people. In fact, I have a great grandfather who was killed in the Holocaust.

So don't call me anti-Semitic, you idiot. Now, I've just had a look in your signature, and you're telling people to join the military. So.. frankly, now I can see why you're so stupid and unconditionally supportive of Israel. You have obviously been brainwashed.

Can you give an example of this?

I don't doubt the Israelians used filthy tactics against the palestinians, but I'm not so sure they used the holocaust as their justification...

An example is during the recent conflict between Israel and Palestine, where the Palestinians were firing those rockets in retaliation to Israel.

Then, it was found out that Israel broke international law by using white phosphorous.

Now, the US media machine completely ignored this, and continually sided with Israel... with guests continually bringing up the suffering of the Jewish people. This is constantly used as political diversion, because of (1) The Israel lobby's influence over US policy (2) Israel is seen as an ally for the US in the Middle East.

You just have to watch US media coverage, and it is always completely biased in favour of Israel. It doesn't matter how many innocent people Israel kills, or how many expansions they erect. They always play the sop story of what happened decades ago.

At 7/22/09 03:46 PM, ReiperX wrote: We went in, we toppled the government and now it is unfortunately our responsibility to fix it. We don't want Iraq turning into the next Somolia do we?

Now I don't think we should have been there in the first place, but that doesn't change the fact that it is our responsibility to fix it.

Well, if you see videos of American soldiers tying hamburgers to a string, and driving their truck down the road as starving children chase after it....

... and if you see that 1,000,000 people have been killed as a result of the US invasion...

... then, maybe, just maybe, you'll see that this already is worse than Somalia, and by staying there, we will make it even worse still.

You cannot agree with President Bush. He has invaded a country, which has directly resulted in over a million deaths. At this point, you should leave.

Regardless, this is not a topic about Iraq. This is about how Obama has lied and changed his deadline again and again.. and he's changing it once more today. This is about how Obama just lies and says stuff to try and bolster his own popularity.

Like, take the Presidential campaign. He tried not to discuss his middle name, Hussein. Then, he goes over to the Middle East and boasts about his middle name being Hussein. He's just pure, two-faced, lying scum.

Response to: The ethics of holocaust revisionism Posted July 22nd, 2009 in Politics

The biggest problem is that whenever Israel drops white phosphorous onto innocent Palestinians, people just bring up the Holocaust, as if that makes Israel's despicable actions OK.

Every country, every person is able to be scrutinised.

Another problem is people who get banned from a country for their beliefs -- for example, on the Holocaust. Freedom of speech, freedom of travel. These things must be protected. We cannot allow an establishment to ban any type of free speech.

Even if someone wants to flat-out deny the Holocaust ever happened -- which, of course, is a stupid, uneducated thing to do, and may even be done for the purpose of promoting Nazism, or starting a cult -- or whatever. I DON'T CARE. Freedom of speech is paramount.

No one can be given the Godly position of power, that allows them to regulate what people can and can't say.

Obama backtracks on Iraq Posted July 22nd, 2009 in Politics

In his campaign for President, Obama said all troops would be gone after a 16-month phased withdrawal -- beginning from week one. That would mean all troops would leave by mid-2010.

Then, he said he was going to leave 50,000 "non-combat" troops in the country indefinitely.

Now, in a speech still going on as I write this message, Obama is saying all troops will leave Iraq by the end of 2011.

Can I say: lying? Can I say: backtracking? Can I say: procrastinating?

And also, let's not forget that Obama's approval rating is sinking faster than Jimmy Carter's. It is currently also lower than Bush's was at this point in his Presidency. People are catching onto this empty rhetoric, and seeing Obama for the lying cult of personality fraud that he is.

Don't shoot the messenger. I'm just pointing out this irrefutable fact that he has now broken a campaign promise regarding the 16-month Iraq withdrawal.
