That is true, however I'm sure I'm not the only one confused by all the different rankings. Plus, I've seen people complaining about not getting the rank they wanted. Besides, do we really need all these different ranks?

Hey Boss, check out JudgeFunk's post on the last page. I think he brings up a good ranking system, the one we're using right now is a bit confusing and a pain to update. Not only that, people argue about who has what rank.
