Um this one was quite easy for me actualy. He jumps up where the bubbles appear. On the first part wait a minite before getting the key, or he'll eat the key. 2nd (Or 3rd) Try to get the key as the lavas still rising. Cant remember the other section though, sorry.

Went 21-2 in Some S+D, Second game that day aswell. and it was estate, Got 3 double sprays. I was using:
Silenced MP5k
Deagle Tac Knife

Marathon pro
Cold Blooded pro
Ninja Pro

It was a good run aswell, I was using that to try and get Ninjas, and follow pepole round the map. I falied and just ended up killing them, Or getting killed because I was doing it to Pros.

Doesn't quite beat running over zombies in a pink Tricycle though.

MoH dont look all that. I saw a clip on you tube, It ws either pretty laggy or the due just kept running into those tiny rocks that make you character jump slightly. More of a Battlefield game, and close realse to othere FPS e.g. Halo and BO. I think there was another aswell, although I my be thinking of New Vagas. I'll Just stick to DR2, Although the story drags on, and kateys annoying. And no sandbox mode, Co-op is (Mostly) Fun, untill you wanna go get zombrex, get pissed off and miss Katey by a 2 seconds.

Also Red-Neck Snippers....Of course they survive axes and Lightsabers.
