ill review ppls stuff - but if they dont respond review - or respond review to everyone but me - ill get really pissed off and not review them at all nemore.
its not your fault - its the processing power of other ppls computers that offs the sync - if they dont have up to date computers well then sucks to be them really - i mean sure you can put quality buttons in and that does help somewhat - but other than that... oh well..

well said.
i tried vocoder in Reason - it needs tweaking tho - ive used tons of vstis before - ill try it but yes it may be overkill - ill see what fl studio can do for me ;)
sa,e here - i like to call it song "upholstering". Its one thing to stick a bunch of instruments in a midi and submit it - but usually the result is weak and not very convincing. Its another story to make the song sound like the original but better. If you listen to a lot of midis they are usually not very good imitations of the originals. I like making songs exact just like the originals - which involves either entirely revamping midis or writing midis from scratch and then converting them into songs.
allright u wanted me in pavo so here i am ^^
erm... these are just the ones that i remember on the front page - there were others but noone really viewed them...

Anyway, Dance, Techno and Rock are most deffinitly my favs.
u must hate ppl like me, eh then?
aaight i should have it soon - you better be right dj_runaway or i will MAKE you run away! lol.
kewl! Your response has been the most specific and helpful of them all! I will have to check it out - i did have a native instruments fm7 vsti before - but i didnt really live it - maybe this one will be better.
cool your head djrunawau - did you ever stop to consider that he might have uploaded that song off his computer by accident and thus is trying to find a way to have it deleted? Ppl always jump to conclusions..

Fruity and Reason software are very in depth, and complex, but are crafted for beginners.
Follow this up in the newbie newbie audio guide
i would just like to make a correction for my friend - Reason is NOT for beginners AT ALL - but fl studio is :D
I think something SHOULD happen - for any amount of higher than 5000 songs you get -for you know that EVENTUALLY it will happen.
out of curiosity - what happens when your song reaches 10000? or 15000? or 20000?
ah yes - my first songs i made were made in fruity loops 3 with preexisting sounds - that was.. interesting to say the least ^^
woohoo! Thanks so much! You dont know how much comments like those mean to me on this site where ppl are more content to shoot u down than give you compliments - you guys rock! *wipes away tear*
I dont know how to make the fx - mainly the highly roboticized transformers voices - a very good example of a song id love to make is in this video which you can view HERE . Aside from the video being brilliant and awesome, the song is very upbeat and i wanna know how to make the noises they made in that song. They dont sound like 8-bit - they sound more ...robotic. Neways any feedback on the subject would be kewl.
my fave artist is Crud . He doesnt get anywhere near the attention i think that he deserves sadly..
er.. wow! Never thought id actually get a post like this - thanks a lot man!
You tyell him guys! And yes i mean tyell - tell him by screaming in his face what an idiot he is.
kewl thanks for being so helpfil! Its nice to see people that are actually NICE in this bbs.

Fl studio is probably your best bet.

He makes songs that you will never find in mp3 format, let alone a MIDI, for his songs likeLlegend of Dragoon Wingly City and Hobbit Shire! So quit being jealous and a whiny bitch. And your an alt account you faggot.
ROCK ON RIPPERS!
...why are you making fun of nick? His may be an alt account - but thats because his other ones, namyle han_yong and slicknick2061 got blocked for some reason. Hes just stating his own opinion. And hes not 12. lol. And neither am I. (I wonder if there are any 12 year olds attending college.. i guess if theyre smart enuff it IS possible..)
but ya - stop the flaming please.
orr .. if you REALLY wanna be lazy - get a recording program - like either what comes with your computer or something like cool edit - change the sound options on your computer to record what goes to the speakers play the midi and then press record in the recording device. Voila you can record anything on your computer from just about anything. Most underused method ever.
get soundfonts - with the right filters applied you can make awesome music with them. The fl studio preset instruments are ok but they are sorta limited. I also use Reason 2.5 as well - but i use both programs - and i find that some of my soundfonts are just as good - or better than, reason's refill packs.
and who doesnt like beatbox beats? (Im a beat. Box. Rocker. And your dancing to my beat..)
also dont insult people that dont use real instruments please? Some people cant afford instruments or just cant play them. Its like an artist dissing a computer animator - both make art - they just use different methods.
remember children its not how big it is its how you use it!

That would indeeeed suck.
well in that case you make judges that each deal with a certain aspect of the genre - one for thrash metal another for heavy etc.
The song that caters the most to whatever subgenre like lets say heavy metal would be judged by the heavy metal judge and not the thrash metal judge.
Or it could be judged by all of them - but you would have to have an odd number of judges for that genre to prevent ties - and that way if its for the most part good the thrash metal judge would get outvoted.
thats just my thought.
ill have you know that i made all those songs in either reason or fl studio - and the majority i made from SCRATCH! My goal for a lot of them WAS to make them sound exactly the same - but updated so it didnt sound the same bad quality as the original. And as for submitting the same one with slight variations - well i wouldnt have if stupid newgrounds would let you UPDATE a song for gawds sake. Also certain song that may sound the same but r in different genres are exported in 2 different methods which makes one a tad better over the other - and some songs do better in one genre over the other - i dont do that much tho. As for making it on ocremix - you wanna see it? then fine ill submit one to ocremix and then we'll see. Maybe you should just answer the goddamn thread instead of flaming me to make yourself feel important - hrm? I specifically said this isnt a gloating thread im just curious as to how many songs ppl have. As for how i can pump out so many songs - i was in college when i started - college involves long stupid breaks in the middle of the day with nothing to do - so id go to the cumputer lab and start making songs... Then i took a year off after i graduated to look for a job - with little success - so during that time i hada LOT of spare time to make songs.
I hope that shooting others down makes you feel happy somehow.
why dont you just make whoever is most prominent, or been there the longest, or ranked the highest most frequently - the judges of their genre? Since theyve been there so long and are esteemed musicians they know whats hot and whats not.
