People will give you reviews, since you started a thread, and they'll be ROUGH, one thing that can help you is to initiate reviews instead of asking for them, doing upon others will help.
that sounded totally WROGN - like some big leather clad german guy out to screw you - oh wait - yes we do have those types of reviewers - theyre called FLAMERS!
but yes post in the audio advertisements please :P
and yes vote for our stuff and we'll vote for you! Maybe.
I think someone is TROLLING away with my PANTS whirlguy...

erm... this WAS originally about juggernaut lol.

if you wanna mix - get soundfonts or get Reason - you shouldnt have to rely on taking other peoples tracks - other ppl have already made packages of tracks for free to use - you just have to search for them.
Im bored - ppl respond asking me to review your stuff and i will - providing its good.

Yeah they take up space but if you want to say make a CD or DVD later then you want a good solid audio format especially if you want to go pro. .MP3 was never meant for mixing music it was mostly meant for streaming media and websites for demo purposes. Basically .MP3 clips and compresses audio into a smaller format for faster downloads at the cost of sound quality.
whoa whoa. every single song in the audio portal is either mp3 or wav - with the vast majority being mp3. I have made songs that are in both mp3 and wav and sound the same, no "cost of quality" if you set it at a bitrate of 120 or above. If you go any lower than that tho - yes it will suck. And for flash stuff - just convert it to wav and stick it in - its that simple. I much prefer to listen to a song thats 3000 k as apposed to 30000 k. And usualyl the quality difference isnt noticeable.
I think juggernaut would far better if he didnt have to rely on others. You shouldnt have to "give" ppl anything to do it for you on this site. Just wait till the right person comes along that doesnt REQUIRE anything from you. Ill see if rucklo or monkeybullman can offer some tips for you. Since i dont think you own Reason..
mine was approved immediately.. so it all depends on how busy they are.
I think I speak for everyone when I say a big heartfelt "yay".
just use fruity loops demo and never save - just export. That way you're not pirating but your still using a music program ;)

Oh and that is legal and virus free.
ok i am getting SICK of these posts! READ THE OTHER THREADS! It is called bbs shadowing - you read the threads to see if your question has already been answered - now go and READ! This topic has been answered a bajillion tiems already -.-
there is not a zero song in the entire vg audio section now - well there might be since i typed this - but go to the last page of the vg audio portal section 0.o
a .wav is the song at the highest possible bitrate - thus the reason why .wavs always sound better than their mp3 versions - usually.

No - thats just something someone that never visits the audio portal would say. The audio portal is getting more and more followers in it - Shutting down a section just to make running the FLASH part betetr just isnt gonna happen. I love how everyone pretends we dont exist "audio portal? whats what? Who cares? No one goes there.." ugh it makes me sick..
there is a plugin for winamp thatll convert ANY cound format to mp3 - kinda useful... or u can just use cool edit.
clicking X on the unfinished one will report it as stolen and flag that user to be put on an alternate list and generally be ignored by everyone on newgrounds...
this is such a pointless thread - did you even bother to read the other threads? It's like every day a new person comes along and asks what ppl use to make their music and every day another pointless thread begins with everybody saying what they use - can this info not be put in like a generic locked thread up at the top or something?
dont even bother getting winzip - get winrar as winrar will work with both .zip and.rar ^^
I used to have that problem with mp3s - just keep trying to upload it and eventually it goes through...

wow.. just like Zelda's...
i think u mean that fuzziness in the bg... so if that IS what you mean ill explain how to get rid of it in cool edit pro
first you need to record nothingness - so itll pick up the fuzziness of the b/g
then once you have this in cool edit - go to effects -> noise reduction -preview it so all you hear is the noise and then click save profile
then open your file copy it paste it into a new file choose 44100 sample rate - (your noise file shouldve had the same thing done to it) and then select the whole thing go to noise reduction again and click load profile. Load your noise profile up and mess with that line thing and make sure remove noise is on. Thisll take the noise of the background and strip it out of your song. Make sure not to do it too much tho or your song will be muffled with all these weird blips in it. But that should be sufficient.
hope that helps!
