Guys I have a proposition:

I need 13 people who have had songs in the top 5 to make a thread and frontpage it once every 2 weeks - combined with me this would result in a front page post every day forever on a rotating basis where you make a thread linking to the 2 irc rooms - http://michhimself.com/ngachat/ and http://michhimself.com/ngchat/ - and then delete it the next day or once it moves off of the front page list.

we;ve noticed that front paging these newsposts actually does bring a lot of new people into the rooms - even if they don't stay very long :)

Yes but those cogs eventually wear down, and if you don't take care of it early enough, it could be extremely difficult to fix it, even impossible. What happens when you can't fix the cog when you've used it to the point of no return?

You can't travel forward or backwards in time because I HAVEN'T LET YOU! Time travel is easy if you reference the one being that has always existed - time travel can only exist if you are travelling in an envelope - lets saw you folded tim in upon itself 5000 years ago.. you could travel any time between now and 5000 years ago - its kind of like preseeing "record" on lifeand being able to play the tape of past events while the present is still being recorded.

As for travelling to the future - that would require a being that exists in all dimensions and all time periods simultaneously - a god in other words. That "god" if you could tap into would be able to transport you anywhere because to him "present" would be everything. - like seeing into the past present and future and all dimensions like different looknig glasses composed of different onion layers.

But since I the dragon god of time have forbidden any of you to time travel you will just have to suck it up :P

simply submitting a song wednesday night and fiving it i'm afraid doesn't mean you will get on the top five Kaizerwolf. If I rememebr correctly at least ten people needed to have 10'd your song - and your song has to be in the top 5 highest scores for a NEW song when it hits 12:00 on the dot. Keep in mind that newgrounds also feels that you should EARN your five so those zero voters that sweep through and zero those non-deserving bastards who submit last minute WILL make your song go down if you don't have the voting weight of.. say.. a weeks worth of people ;)

the way I see it - if your song survives the onslaught - it deserves to be up there :)
