If you're trying to download the .swf file:

Go to the flash you want to open

open it

right click out side of the flash (on the black border)

Click view page info

go to media

scroll down til you see the embed one, it should be that one.

click save as, and you have the file.

Flash uses vectors, so if you wanted to see a good drawing that could be done in flash, just look up vector art.

As for the flash movie, an obvious one would be the Brackenwood series.
