I caught maybe one or two grammar errors. You use the word "shout" or variants to much, in my humble opinion. Also the phrase "with more cracks of thunder along with it" (attached) is redundant.

If you were a women who was the victim of such a violent crime, would you want to be forced to carry around a very visual reminder of it for 8 months, and then give birth to a child that was not that of a man you loved/you even wanted to have sex with? And there is a good possibility that the child will find out.
You cannot expect a women to go through all of this on top of a rape. That would just be cruel.
