it's not because there concerned about there health.
natural selection states that we find those most likely to survive/succeed attractive. someone healthy and intelligent is more likely to survive and give offspring than some incredably obese chick.

at the end of the day, newgrounds has just attracted a shite load of 13 year olds obsessed with "MUDKIPZ" and "FAILZ!", and most of those jokes spawned at 4chan, but those people come and go with time. the regulars stay. as far as I know theres even some genuine comedy on 4chan, you just have to sieve through the crap.
