To Fix:
When the sound is selected, check your Properties bar and change the audio preference there.

I'm incredibly new to animating, thus my confusion to such a simple problem. I need help in regards to animating over audio, in this case some voice acting. I imported it into the flash library then put it in it's own layer and have tried to work with it from there, but every time I play it to find where the next word or sound is it plays the rest of the audio regardless of me stopping it. I don't know if I'm not even going in the right direction with this or not... any help or tips regarding any of this would be more than appreciated... please help...
