Yes, but that's irrelevant here. We sell more PCs than iPods, and just as many cameras. And there are appliances, TVs, printers, scanners, monitor, and many other items. iPods make up a small portion of what sells in-store, yet a majority of what breaks.

I will admit, the zune is probably not much better, though. Best bet, go w/a third party; either Sony or Creative. I use my sony all the time and i've never had a problem with it. It only cost me about $65, too.

there were times when it was a pain in the ass for me. there are a lot of assholes who are on there, but if you stay away from them, it shouldn't be too bad. i'd say it's worth it. once you find and become part of a decent group (probably find a good guild), it really becomes alot of fun. being part of a social group of decent people really makes the game alot more fun. Going around all by yourself mostly and just soloing is still fun, too, so I'd say it's probably worth it, if you plan on playing it regularly.

the MMOs i've played (WoW, mostly) were alright. they were good games, but i big pain in the ass went along with them.

as for regular RPGs, Diablo 2 was pretty good, and Morrowind is still a favorite of mine. I have yet to try Oblivion, but i'm really looking forward to playing it...
