Need a voice actor for a TV sales person. The man is big (Not fat) and should have the same overtone as a typical "AS SEEN ON TV" guy. ( fake and over excited)

The line is
"And if you act now, YOU could win a fine for up to 1000 DOLLARS!!"

I am open for voice actors interpretations as well.
