I've been programming for 9 years and I really don't know how to break into web development. Basically I know there is a way I can work from home and do this, but I'm not sure how.

Now that that's out of the way...
I don't know what to do with programming. I'm 19 (turning 20 real soon) and I am just lost. I've dilly dallied in just about every language from actionscript to C++ to Java and HTML5. I've even done some server side stuff with Django, SQL, PHP and Perl. I've been programming for like... pfft.. 9 years and now I'm in college for it, but I just don't know what to do with it. I want to do web development, but I don't know where to start. I am a bit rusty in Javascript, but have been brushing up on it and I'm thinking about HTML5, but I'm not sure. I'm decently good at CSS, but I guess I could be better at it.
Any ideas for this tired old soul?
I thought we all knew that was basically cartoon child porn. Should it be legal? No, but it's manga and anime; a lot of it is weird shit.
