Save image as whatever name you want. Then Right click on the desktop. Click on Properties. Chage the background image by browsing your cpu harddrive and find the file you saved. If you want a picture of Earth.. save a pic of Earth and set as wallpaper. Then stretch the image so it fills the whole screen.
