Ok, so, ive been trying to get this right for a long time, but i just cant. I have been trying to draw smooth pictures with paint brush, but the lines bulge at certain points, and, at other points the lines shrink to nothing, im wondering, how do you get the lines to stay smooth instead of being bumpy as hell?

Fast tempo

Topic: Code for walking up slants in AS 2?

Posted: 07/04/09 03:02 PM

Forum: Flash

I have a small dilema. I am trying to make a game, and in the game, i want the character to walk up a slant, or a hill, but, all he does is walk straight through it. Can someone give me the code to make him walk up the slant instead of going through it? I would greatly appreciate it.

I am working on a psp application called PSPH, it stands for PSP Homepage. It is a quick link application. I am currently working on version 2.0, it is a flash based application and am looking for flash games of a very small size that are fun to play. Below are the requirements.

Must be fun
small size, 100 kb or less (there were games like bowman 2 and stuff onthe first one that were about 75 kb)
simple, and original
must be exported in flash player 7 ( version the psp runs)
nothing innapropriate

I hope you guys take up this deal, I have been working on this for quite a while and hoping for a good amount of downloads. PSPH 1.0, even though it was on my website (which nobody has ever heard of other than my friends, it got over 200 downloads in just a few days, and a bunch of positive feedback in the first day. If you are interested in submitting your flash game to psph, send it to carbonanimations@live.com, remember to follow the requirements if any of the submissions do not meat the requirements, the will be automatically be removed from any possibilities, I will be picking the top 10 submissions to put on psph, you will be notified if your submission has made it, and will be automatically included into the psph 2.0 beta. So far PSPH has the following features.

Music downloader
free IM service
quicklinks to popular websites and sponsors
games without using wifi
proxies to browse the web anonymously, and to get past 90% of firewalls, including websense, commonly used in schools and work places.

there are more features to come.

I am trying to make it so that when my character hits a movie clip he stops jumping and starts falling again, kind of like in the old mario games, you would hit something with your head and he would fall right back down. Could some one help me out?
