i'm with you buddy, can't get anyone to comment/critique on my thread.
I really like that last one you did, not a big fan of your pencil sketches, but i think that's because you use color very well to set a mood, so your fully colored pieces with full environments are alot more interesting.
Also your anatomy could use a little work, i still feel like there's a bit of a "stick figure" vibe coming off of your people, not trying to insult them, they look good, but do you know what i mean? They still seem kind of stick-like
i refuse to believe that anyone on this site is that ripped and studdly!
come on guys no comments or crit? i'm thinking of selling these and i want to know what you think
is operation anchorage an expansion pack? I haven't seen it on the PS store, are you guys playing on xbox?
but a sketch is just a sketch, not a finished piece. If you want to leave them as just line drawings then atleast clean up some of the linework
i like the detail in the eyes, they almost look clockwork for some reason
her legs seem really small to me, and her front arm is not at the right angle, lay down and try and get into the pose she's in, you'll see what i mean
nice character, whats your username? i'm always looking for new kids to play with
instead of posting rough sketches why don't you post finished pieces?
its not that hard, i really like the quality of your stencils, very clean lines, do you draw them yourself or just threshold pictures? Or do you have anything thats more than one layer?
Here's a picture that's also on my thread, it's a stencil i made in collaboration with a friend of mine, it looks good on shirts
well, if there's another one within the past 10 pages please let me know, i haven't seen it.
so yeah i'm known to make some pretty boss shirts from time to time
i want to get knee implants, just think of all the women you could pick up.
hes sabes don't get upset, but critique is a very valuable and essential part to growth, sometimes the best ideas on how to make a piece better come from someone who isn't you.
I don't agree that you can't grow without outside help, but if you really want to flourish i'd take all the critique you can, trust me it's one of the most helpful things in the world, and what sucks is if your good at what you do (which you are) then it won't be easy to get good constructive crit all the time, alot of it will just be ego strokes and whatnot. And if someone badmouths one of your works, find out why and improve on it, if they don't give a good reason than their an idiot and just ignore it.
I personally love it when someone absolutely tears a piece of my art apart in a critique, well it sucks because they didn't like it, but it's the best way to figure what you need to work on. :-)
it's really not that great, i've seen worse though. I'm not quite sure where you're trying to go with this so i'm at a bit of a loss for suggestions. But just as a general rule of thumb, if you don't think you're a good artist, and that what you drew isn't very good. Chances are that's exactly what we're going to think.
so my advice to you is just keep practicing until you draw something that you think doesn't suck, something that you genuinely think is good, and you're confident enough to consider yourself a decent artist, then come back here and post up some art for us to give a decent critique.
Why were you in a hurry? Did Russians have a gun to your head demanding you make a rather un-fun sounding thread as fast as you could?
i'm really not a fan of anime at all but you do pull it off very well, and i'll have to agree with that other kid, your wings are pretty awesome, i personally don't find wings easy to draw.
and just as a side note, i would try and not be such a big wuss and be willing to take criticism about your art without taking it as an insult :-P
The Mod Gods have spoken!! So i'm bringing it over to this thread.
I'm the somebody who did something similar to this thread that hellknight was talking about, so i'll contribute to this thread :-P
on the left is a picture i drew my freshmen year, on the right is a stencil i cut and sprayed over winter break
meh i more made this as an excuse to laugh at each others older drawings, not so much for comparison.
but if a mod wants us to move the party to the other thread than show me a sign!!
come on its at least a little funny, i used to be so proud of the trash i drew freshmen year.

oh my god buffmonster! He's a G, hmm maybe i'll not be cheap and buy a teddy to paint for you guys
I'd like to slap Renaenaynaynenay on the wrists for saying that the art forum isn't a community, granted i don't think everyone's as chummy as they could be. But i know that in the maybe year, year an a half i've been posting here i've made some friends who i regularly critique and talk to, i don't think we can say that the art forum is a full-fledged community, but i think it's a little more than just random passerby's :-P
ha ha ha ha ha you guys are such assholes! i love newgrounds
not really a big fan of um well fanart, but that's pretty good considering you did it in paint
wow tm that's trash compared to what you do now haha
i really like your linework and use of color
this is such a strange idea for a thread, not fun strange though
i'd help you out, but i'm no good at drawing architecture and such
