I wonder if someone would make a game developer just like the roblox studio but able to save as swf format? I mean their developing tool make's 3d game server's on roblox. but someone should take the roblox studio and make several changes to it so its a 3d game developing engine.

Me and my team are working with stencyl.
This game is on low budget (I am not paying).
We are looking for people who know how to use Stencyl.
We are taking about a mid size game, its going to be a 35MB size game.
Also we may or may not be moving the game to flash develop.
