BTW Right to happiness is in the preamble.
I'm not an american, so my constitutional knowledge is incomplete but it's my understanding they can basically amend the fuck outta that thing if they want to. Your "rights" are illusiary, dictatorship is a mere penstroke away.
You PAID for porn? Dude... google images... safe search OFF.

"Rights" are an illusiary premise. You have priveledges which are afforded you as the government dictates. If smoking were banned tomoorw, your "right" would become a crime overnight.
I hate it when people ask me that...
Why are you asking a bunch of 14 year olds? GO TO A DOCTOR.

Personality hasn't even been properly defined in science yet... to assume you "know" someone's personality is a bit of a lofty claim.
I think you'll find there's a small army of psychologists who'll disagree with you there. Personalities can very easily be defined.
If coffee were discovered today it would be a banned substance.
Alcohol and cigarettes are the least of society's worries...

Both deny those respective claims. Now, in an interesting display of THEIR bias, MSNBC tried to whitewash this by claiming Obama couldn't have attended a Madrassah because they're "university level" schools. But the truth is that's a misnomer and is clearly aimed at pacifying those on the left.
So, who to believe? FOX? MSNBC? The politicians themselves?
I vote for "none of the above".
Because it's easy to use, readily available and instantaneously gratifying.

NBC is worse than FOX, but it's funny how FOX is the ONLY station been smashed for "Bias" because it's on the right side of the US political line. It's stupid, and obviously don't know jack about the Media if you're going to single out FOX.
I've seen CNN make retractions when it fucks up, sometimes within minutes. I've never heard of FOX doing so. And this isn't innacuracy we're talking about, it's fabrication, ie fraud, ie lying. If I know "jack" about the Media, then you and I have drastically different concepts of what the Media is and what it's supposed to DO. Here's a hint: they're supposed to provide credible information, NOT opinion or gossip.
It also lowers trust. People are not stupid, but they're ignorant, gullible and selfish. But you're not going to look at the news in a neutral stance, just you're own. That's why you're labeling out FOX because it lies more right.
I wouldn't be looking at both sides of the argument if my position was not neutral. I don't have a vested interest in any of the big media groups and will happily call CNN on any bullshit they throw out. FOX's record is just too badly smudged to be ignored though, it's beyond the pale. It's not about WHO displays bias but how OFTEN and how MUCH. If you can't see that then the person needing to extricate their cranium from there rectum is not I...
I read it about 10 years ago, it was quite good.
The TV series was made back in the 80s, it was loosely based on the film made in the 50's (used the same craft and general martian design). Being the 80s though it had to do with toxic waste and mutations (everything did!)
There's a distinct difference between bias (which all the news channels have) and outright fabrication (which FOX seems to specialize in).
And obviously news is mostly negative. Which to you sounds more like a headline:
"Six killed in drive-by shooting"
or
"3 million get up, go to work, come home and sleep"
Negativity sells.
Urgh... AGAIN?!
Look, you cannot prove OR disprove the existence of god, okay? It's doesn't matter if you're religious or atheist, you cannot PROVE anything one way or the other. You can choose to BELIEVE one option is true but cannot back it up. So just go on about your business and give this shit a rest for fuck sakes.
Or you could not have sex with HIV infected persons. So far it's worked for me and my foreskin. Plus if you're using a condom (and unless you know it's safe, you SHOULD be) the whole thing's kinda moot.
PS. See Penn and Teller's Bullshit on this subject... because circumcision IS bullshit.

Zellwegger actually looked BETTER in Bridget jones because she at least looked like a woman.
Dude, this "alot of porn references" thing, it's just the way Dean's dialogue is written, you need to get over it.

It seems that people just make things up about him and the uber lefters run with it.
I don't think I've read this much bullshit in one post in a while.
O'reilly's a coward, plain and simple. His idea of effective argument is to shout over the other guy's point in hopes of drowning him out or, should that fail, cut off his mic. That kinda of attitude DEFINES pompous. Fair and balanced? Fairly unbalanced is more like it.
And the man's guilty of sexual harrassment, that's not "made up", it's an uncontested fact, the court documents are publically available.

We watched it in the space of two days.
How many series are there so far?
They just started season 3, I think. It's hard to tell, they're doing these weird split seasons now. Pisses me off.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE!!!!!!!!!!

It works out surprisingly well. And since you watch it completely capn, what's Sam's big secret, other then he's gay? Cause you know the father told Dean the secret and Dean's all like, "Yeah."
The episode's up on Youtube, it's called "Hunted". The secret's not what you'd expect. I thought it was gonna be something like "You're adopted" or some soap opera shit. Nope. Bigger. WAY bigger.
For those who still haven't seen it, here's why you're missing out:
Guys- This is a show about two brothers who drive around in a muscle car, listening to metal, meeting up with hot chicks and killing monsters. Cool shit, sometimes even a little gory.
Ladies- This is a show about two cute guys in search of redemption. One's a bad-ass who uses his machismo to mask his pain, the other's a sensitive type, deeply wounded by the deaths of his mother and girlfriend.
See? Something for everyone.

Putting on a uniform does not automatically elevate you to hero status. Nor does dying while wearing said uniform. Doing something HEROIC makes you a hero. Frankly, we use that word far to easily these days.

Absolutely you are, it's one of the best shows on tv.
And nobody who lists their habitat as "Boob city" should be complaining about porn references.
Your options are as follows:
You know, I always wondered WHY the world was going to end in 2012. Now I know.

He's right. Warhammer Fantasy Battle (the proper name, not just "Warhammer", that's the brand) is a more in-depth game requiring more thought put into strategy, as opposed to 40k's quest-for-the-uber-killer mentality. Mind you, not having seen 7th ed's rules, I have no idea what they've done to it now.
Of course it's fake, don't be so goddam gullable. For future reference, here's a list of ways to spot fake video:
Probability- What are the odds that this guy happens to be filming NOTHING when suddenly a jet fighter comes screming in from nowhere and hits a building
Reaction- Nobody else spots it, nobody screams "Oh my god!!" and the cameraman (amazingly!) is speechless!
Tracking- Notice how the camera keeps following the assumed path of the plane after it hits the building? That because it wasn't there when he filmed it but he knew he'd need extra footage at the end when he added in the CGI.
Reality- Watch real footage of real events taking place. You'll realize how completely artificial this seems by comparison.
