Try aseprite, that's what I use when doing pixel art for games I work on.

As for the face, it's like you said. The proportion/perspective is alright but I noticed:

1.The lip curves slightly off around it's front teeth
2.it's right eye is cut off/extreemely flat looking
3.the way it's mouth is shaped give's it's right side (our left) a larger/less gaping cheek

Thanks for the feed back! I made this to try and learn more about Photoshop and will keep in mind when posting to add more stuff to see In a drawing.

When I was looking at it after I finished I knew that the mouth was really messed up but didn't want to really fix it.

Hey members of Newgrounds. The other day I found my tablet, that I haven't used in about a year, and started to draw a bit with it. Well, this is what I drew and would like some people to tell me what they think. This was my first time using Photoshop so I think its not too bad. I know the perspective is not 100% correct and the line work is not too grand, but other than that what do you think?
