Ad the same problem on my pc with xp. It because your computer use dual core cpu, when thief 2 can only work with 1... To resolve this problem, here the step:

-Start the game
-As soon as the menu is there, do Alt-Ctrl-del to go to the windows task manadger
-go to Processes tab
-Select Thief 2.exe or something similar
-right-click
-Select affinity
-There will be some spot checked, like CPU 0 and CPU 1... Can go higher..
-Un-check all of them until there only 1 left.
-press ok
-The game will play perfectly :D

I need to do all of this each time I want to play. I have a GTS 250... Hope it helped

I think the only thing you could do is download a torrent of it but use the cd-key instead of a crack... I suppose its okay since you have the real games... Well, that all I can offer with the rules...

The first Killzone was epic and will ever be ones of my favs games... Ad an awesome storyline, awesome plot twist and really good graphic for a PS2 (Damm, it's even better that some 360 games)...

Never played the 2... Idk why, it feel like it lost something that made the first one awesome... should try it to be sure...

The first one was ones of my first PS2 games and it since one of my favorite game... The 2 I never played it, maybe will if I ever see someone with a ps3 and the game.

Thats even worse since its modern age overhyped movie shit that I will never see. What the fuck is the big deal with that movie anyway is it just because of the graphics? I hear its not even worth watching on DVD.

I watched it, its a good movie, but damm its overhyped as hell... it's just a movie with an ecological moral... nothing more... Yeah it has awesome effect, a decent story (more or less) and well... That about it... I understand why it doesn't was accepted at the oscar, the whole movie is in 3D! You see real actor only a small part of the whole film...

The game is actualy a total remake of the original Half-life, but with the source engine. This sound very promising... I know there is Half-Life Source, but this game is made by fan, will be free, and will use the source engine to the maximum of its capacity...

Tribes Next: This game is an awesome mix of Battlefield huge map/machinery with unreal tournament fast action pace... The original game ( Tribes 2) came a long time ago, and still has hundred of player online...

I remember a spiritual sequel made by some free website on the internet, forgot its name. I know there was Action in the name... It was like Unreal Tournament but with huge map 'N jetpack.

Yeah, its an awesome game! It's just a pain in the ass to get a bride ( Everyone daughter is already getting married, its annoying)... In my game, im allied with Saranid Sultanate (The arab) and we are raping the shit out of Khergit Khanate (mongol). They are now retreating to their northrend mountain... This is gonna be a pain in the ass to get them out of there... I don't know why but the Sultan of SS always support me when it's time to distribute the city.

I heard that Bioware will do a zombie MMO too. And this thing look awesome!
