I'm not saying that, I'm just stating that these are the reasons that people think that Christianity is ruining our nation... People hear from groups left and right that the lack of religion is ruining our nation and that all Americans should be Christian, and they should pray in schools. The Muslims, nad the Jews don't have that much of an effect on our nation to even be noticed as a threat. The only religion that has enough power to have an effect on this nation is Christianity.
The fact that this group has so much power and that so many different people are using this religion to pass agendas, persecute others and to censor the people. That is why people think the Christianity is wrong for the US Government.

I agree, not all of the KKK was christian, but a lot of their ideas were based on the cleansing of their religion.
It just so happens to be that most of the people who oppose homosexual marriage are christian.
I'm not saying that these are horrible christians or horrible people, I'm just saying that in many cases, the people who try to oppress others happen to be christian. I don't think it's because they're christian.
