Most providers say a 6MB connection,BUT they actually say UPTO 6MB connection.
It's like having the 50MB connection from Virgin, it only works at a 50MB speed if you live next door to the internet itself and noone else in the world is online.

That is easily todays dumbest question.

People who are deaf-blind do not necessarily lead their lives stuck in a chair, twiddling a stick. they have feelings, and they can communicate. Heck, some people in that situation are happy with their lives. Would they be happy if they had been able to once see? to be able to once speak? Probably not. but they know life like no other.

Without trying to push the boat too far, I suppose you could say the same for people living in areas of africa which are in civil-war. Because they know no other life, and because everyone they know and meet come from the same environment as they do, they aren't sad, I wouldn't go as far to say there would be happy. But like i say, they know no other life, thats how they live, and how they have always lived.

they tend to change, if someone posts something better than a previous entry. Like the turtle blast cannon game (I think it was called) was up on the front-page in 1st place for what seemed like a couple of months.

I got in here because of some website who stealed NG entries, then i got innto a link of them and WOW....

all started when I was a wee lad, who thought it were funny to spam the shit out of unsuspecting users and post absolute bullshit, so i signed up. then I grew up and realized no one gave a birdy about my online persona and kicked it all in... here I am, still posting shit which no one reads or cares about and I affect no one in any way or form and never will do.
