I think you made the best choice. There really is no perfect option in some cases, but between the deaths of children and a censorship issue, those kids' parents have been through enough. Maybe it's just too soon, but when people suffer immense personal trauma from an online game, that line is crossed. Don't worry too much about the censoring issue, there are other ways to defend freedom of speech (like stopping SOPA).

This is pretty good! The shading looks right, and the anatomy seems accurate. The only part that I see is off, is the nose. The person is looking right at me, but the nose seems to be in a 3/4 view. Anyways, you have real potential, so keep it up!
