As a webcomic it doesn't look so bad the frames are about the right size. The colour schemes in the panels are nice and seperate the strips well. The drawing style is rough but I quite like it personaly.
As annother commenter said the name isn't great and the website is rather tacky maybe go with a more subdued colour such as black and add a logo. I also found it slightly confusing in parts prehaps storyboard more thourougly before making the comic. I think you'll improve with time as the comic goes on though. Good luck.
