There's a purge feature in the targetmaster interface on the site that removes dead links. If Newgrounds was reliable, I would set it up to run automatically. Unfortunately, we have to run it manually when Newgrounds is running properly or it won't update correctly.

Those limits are not ones imposed by the Blam Club - they are imposed by Newgrounds. We, as a club, have no such limit. That would be stupid.

Many authors will upload their movie and immediately vote 5 on it to raise it's score to 5.00. About 95% of the time, these authors know their movie is shit so they do everything they can to save it. It's not uncommon to see a movie on the portal which really sucks with a good score. It's easy to have a good score when you vote 5 on your own work.

You have a score of 2.51 and 39 votes. I haven't watched your movie (nor have I voted on it), so I can't comment on it but you've 61 votes to go before you're in the "no-blaming" area.

You hit the site right in the middle of the PHP upgrage. My hosting company (which, incidentally, is a company I used to work as a sysadmin for) finally upgraded to PHP 4. I don't think they've got all the options in the config file set correctly yet, because some of the PHP scripts (specifically, the ones that take from data) won't parse correctly - they just return headers and a blank page.

I E-mailed the admin team earlier this morning. I'm sure we'll be back on track soon.
