The wtc was a catastrophy what could have been prevented years befor it occured. The event was also an atack. The Tsunami was unpredictable and impossible to prevent. In addition the tsunami's death and destruction has now made room for the survivors. The areas hit hardest were poverty stricken and the death has elliminated some of the population that will be wuickly filled in by people who want a roomier slum to live in.
