If you are gonna piss some people off, pull a South Park and bash the muslums. Gruesome....take 2 chainsaws cutting through someones stomach area. The saws would move towards each other in a manner of =>| (body) |<= Also ripping someone's throat out, cutting their veins with knives, ripping off extremities would all be awful.
