Old men cars are the way to go. They might not be as fuel efficient as a used Civic, but I can guarantee the costs you'll face in repairs would far outweigh annual fuel prices. Johnny Dipshit who's selling his used Civic with 100,000 miles probably ran that thing into the goddamned ground before he decided to sell it. But you can bet Grandpa Jeffries from down the block treated his Mercury like a god damned prize.

I agree, my mother bought a Cougar (Mercury) from an older man when I was younger and shit that thing was awesome. I agree that would be the way to go, even if you can't get the above mentioned, a Civic (just as an example) owned by an old man compared to someone younger is going to be taken care of sevenfold in comparison. (Unless you find that young guy who actually gives two shits about his vehicle)
