Is there a certain place I can go to create music for the Audio Portal?

I have just reviewed the two things NEVR put up. I did 2 different styles or reveiwing. Please tell me which is better. I dont thinkk I did too good on the art ones. i think I will do better when games are posted.

I have some questions on points. What is the benifeit of getting points? Do I only add the points on reviews people have requested?

I would like to introduce everyone to the new Newgrounds Recruit Police Dept, NRPD for short. By seeing the Newgrounds Police Dept. and the The Elite Guard Barracks, I have decided to make this.

About the NRPD
The NRPD is for those new members who want to be in the NPD or The Elite Barracks, but dont meet the requirements. Here we all learn how to use the Flash Portal properly. We discuss the Flash Portal and chill.

How to Join
To prevent people from joining that will make one post and leave, they must have between 50-399 BLAM/Protection Points.

Training
I know I seem like a n00b and dont know what Im doing, I do. I have MUCH experience with many other gaming sites. At certain times I will give you missions that you must do, weather it will be rating a game, or writing a review. I know this seems dumb, but trust me... You will need it for the NPD.

Honorable Discharge
When a member reaches 399 BLAM/PROTECTION points they must sadly be dismissed from the NRPD. Although they will be gone, everyone that leaves can ALWAYS come back and join the fun!
