Calm down. There's no law against jailbreak iPhones. So technically not illegal, just frowned upon. You need to plug you phone into PC or Mac. Open iTunes and reset the firmware to it's original settings.

It's not about adobe. The license with apple allows a specific type of flash to be used. I.E the one from the app store. If they allowed normal adobe flash, there would be a very easy way to overcome the app store by simply making a free flash-based one.

Apple is therefore not allow Flash onto there smartphone (iphone) until a solution has been found. To them it's a low priority. Expect to wait a year.
