I'd say S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl. It's truly the best parts of the game, the cutscenes and the rendered vids. awesomeness.

I don't think that anyone would like that having a gay protagonist. You're in a battle field being overrun by the enemy and your boyfriend calls you just to check. That would be AWKWARD. A makeout scene between the missions would also not be well accepted I believe.

Great games like GTA4 will end up on both systems anyway so who cares? Let the fanboys have their ramble but put them in some alley so the rest of us don't have to be bothered. I don't care about which console is better since I'm into PC gaming anyway.

And for the games, quantity isn't necesarily better, you can have 20 awesome games, covering all genres (RTS, FPS bla bla) or 200 sloppy which 100 cover FPS and the other 100 suck anyway. Quality is better.

Don't just rush in and start making games which exceed your level. You mentioned you don't even know what is required to make a game so how are you expecting members to comply to everything you say while they know they are better than you (I presume).

You need to start off easily, first pick a language in case you haven't done this, start making lame games which will make you discover the basics of game making. Think of a pacman clone or even the pong game.

There really isn't such a thing that Dw will convert your code into something safer. PHP itself is quite safe but if you hit some complicated stuff you might get screwed quickly. Most hacks are being protected anyway by default PHP settings so don't worry most of the time. You should also think about the fact if people would actually care about your website, so much to hack it.

I myself live in Holland and I'm quite disapointed that we are actually participating. It's not our war, we have nothing to do with this. Dutch troops are there to rebuild Iraq and Afganistan but till now we only had the chance to perform friendly fire and kill some armed civilians, not claiming to be terrorists. The troops might be rebuilding it but you are right that we are actually helping the terrorists.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl shows the text Game Over when you die. It's a thing which should be there. You can't replace it because what else should it be? On the other side if it says Game Over I am like 'No shit Sherlok'.

Yeah, sure thing. The graphics were more stunning than Crysis and the gameplay is way more interesting and complex than Halo because you have to move a single paddle up and down instead of running for cover, aim and shoot the whole time and do a lot more.

Walugi sure is a terrible thing. I've seen him multiple times in different games and his presence always annoyed me unless he gets a beating, but he has an irritating way of getting beaten.
