You might have had slight asthma or something like that and you triggered a rapid increase in the asthma. It's a good thing you quit though. Also, yes exercise obviously helps your respiratory system and makes your lungs/heart stronger.

You don't have to be an amazing sig creator. If you have some knowledge of flash and know how to find fonts it's easy. A lot of people will give you some pretty plain descriptions so knowing how to spice it up for them, and having a bit of imagination is key. Welcome.

I will attempt it if you can give me a more accurate description, what do you mean by modern? Like keep the color scheme and the little diamond things, but make the text more stylish with some text that has dimension to it?

Where an audio mod has to approve your first song. The reason there is no blam / save though, is because the Audio Portal does not get enough traffic. Normally by the time a submission reaches the bottom of the "recently submitted list", it only has maybe 5 or 10 votes on average.

So there are basically too many artists, and not enough listeners. Or too many artists that don't spend time reviewing and voting other peoples tracks.

If people could gain experience on the songs though, I think it would help get more of the artists some exposure.
