First of all if the government found out you had a cure for anything they'll discredit you and have you shot. That goes in direct violation of the government's source of income. They would just simply say it needs another ten to twenty years of additional "testing" before it even sees the light of day. There is already a stronger treatment or even a cure fore Aids as seen here.
