Typically, save data is reset if you change the name of your SWF file - were you uploading it with a new file name each time, such as incremental numbers?

Oh yeah that's exactly what i was doing. Thanks! I was under the impression for whatever reason, that the upload system ignored the replaced file if it had the exact same name (and or file size), so i started putting "v101,v102,v103,... in my file name.
