In investment heaven? While serving for the country, and travelling different parts of the world we have bases in, I've learned that in today's world's economy, there's not a single safest country/market to invest in. And yes, to some people government deficit is a view of positive outlook towards the economy BUT this is also a failsafe method to make sure that investors don't panic; what're you going to do with all the workers' pay and other covering costs when corporate revenues decline? As a taxpayer like everyone else, I wouldn't want my tax moolah to be spent just to safeguard minority groups' interests.
Current economic status of the US is indeed, in peril, and not the kind of "stable" situation in which the media tries to get into our skin. Yes, we do have an issue with people's expectations being overly massed under green papers, but it's already too late to fix that system. As more and more people are in debt, it is normal for others to expect more pay from work and other bacon bringing activities. What has the bailout plans actually spread out for everyone in the US? I don't think that much have changed, only with the fact that our debt ceiling is over the trillions mark. Yeah, trillions of dollars that we CAN'T pay back. Our economics cannot circulate properly because of the debt crisis that our government is currently trying to deal with. Like a blood clot.
Hey, mind if I give you a few pointers to make that paragraph better? I can see a few places within the structures that need some "spinners"

I also wanted add that I personally liked how Casanova wrote about life. From a translated memoir, I got the impression that the man loved life. He wanted to live and seemed to write about it, as if he was reliving it..larger than life.
I like alot of things but pardon my insanity and carry on. XD
Thanks man, just came outta my mind one day. I think it's after reading Wordsworth's "Tintern Abbey." And I've come across what you've mentioned earlier; indeed, life is something to love, but it can also be said that whether one's hungry, cold, or at the verge of death, humans ought to be lonely in the end. Of course, we all do wish to relive a life that we had/have regrets on. I wonder why there's more than one definition of "meaning of life" :D
As I grip my pen harder
My life gets weaker and slender
For I have nothing left to ponder
The crowd claps their hands
While I look far beyond the distant lands
People search for a light
And often they reach above their height
Until they are lost from our sight
I suffer from day till night
Black ink and my blood are my cousins
I have them around me by dozens
Intelligence and being assiduous
Are things that we canâEUTMt take with us
When we take the last bus
What a cruel world I live in
Full of prejudice and hatred din
My paper and pen are my only companions
Writing make us feel like champions
But itâEUTMs a risk all must take
Clean off all useless thoughts with that rake
And have a heart as wide as a lake
I wish to be buried in a lake full of ink
Maybe that will help me thinkâEU¦
Well, the thing about immigration is, as we all know, it should be controlled with a certain limit. We have immigrants from different countries from around the world all the way from A-Z, and most of them come around for a better life and jobs. Some say immigrants are taking away job opportunities from us Americans, but that's kinda b.s. considering the fact that, we CHOSE to let the immigrants take those jobs, not AWAY from us but hell, it's more of givin' away sessions in WalMart. Though the problem lies on the fact that, if more immigrants come into the country without number restrictions from the federal and state governments, that's a plus in an already big enough portion of foreigners that are immigrants. Too much of immigration may lead to what's happenin' in Korea out there. Korea, due to having too much foreigners in the country, they're now seemingly dependent on money flowing in from immigrants working in the country. Too much of outside dependence will seriously lead to economic turmoil should we get used to financial revenues flowing into the country by immigrants as a majority of income source. The minute we kick the shit outta the immigrants and we were dependent on their flow of cash, then we'd literally have to face another damn Depression. Immigration, therefore, must strictly be regulated. As for job fairness, as long as people meet the requirements for their career, they should be given equal pay just like us. The military is a good example; pay depends on rank, not on heritage or nationality.

If there's no Heaven, then there's no Hell.
They don't have souls, they are so thick that they have difficulty with hinge mechanisms. Hell is very real, we live in it.
ZeroAsALimit is right. Democratic country with screwed up reforms and economic problems, hell is just the life we lead ourselves into, without knowing it's hell till we experience the craps that make us suffer.
North Korea has series of "weaponry connections" with different countries, and know it or not, North Korea is also linked with Hungary as well. Weapons from Europe can easily be smuggled from there on, and the usual weapon trading scheme is getting stocks from Hungary, send them to neighboring countries, then transfer them to Russia and onto China, and NK's "papa" (China) will give it to them.
Hell, after the S. Korean election, everything subsided (The president used the situation to his advantage to get HIS fellow politicians and "butt-lickers" to be up on the government again) and the NK's are basically foolin' around without getting anything done, along with the UN not coming up with a proper sanction against NK. Wonder what will happen next for God's sake...
Seriously, I think I understand how annoying it is when someone just HAVE to say something when you have your headphones on. What ticks me off the most is when I'm having my headphones on, they jerk on the damn chords instead of tap on a shoulder or at least a hand gesture to listen. It's kind of... rude to actually do that ALL the time. Guess there are different types of people with different "tricks" so-called, to piss people off.
It's annoying how the North Koreans are trying to wage war against us all over again and make a huge mistake in history once more. For God's sake, they always threatened South Korea to an all-out war against them but that didn't happen after the Korean War. Militarily, North Korea's only superior force is the infantry division; their navy and air force comes to be the pits. I think when war breaks out, it is certain North Korea will do anything to win the war because of their disadvantages, even a nuke war. North Korea has nothing to lose, pretty much, but South Korea does: economic sectors and political instability after war. Even if the two Koreas are united, who's going to be leader? China won't let that happen at all.
War on terrorism just seems to spread throughout the Western world and even in the Eastern world as well. The terrorists are just solid terrorists, end of story. They decided to wage war on the U.S. for no particular reason, killing thousands of innocent people. It's like the terrorists took the fun of blowing up buildings and feeding lead to people they see. I think they should be wiped out with both political and military assault at once and leave no roots of them or they will rise up again. I'm not a "pro-dictator" but military dictators in the Middle East I suppose did a good job suppressing the terrorists. Just grab 'em and kill 'em. Why can't the world just do the same, I wonder?...
Hell, I guess I missed a lot of things here. It's good to be back :)
Finally I can come in here... How's everyone doin' so far? Anythin'
new?
At least I'm cleaning my shotgun to go hunting in the woods :) Can't wait to shoot 'em folks outta their damn trees
I fell in a ditch this morning and I almost break my neck
All right, to break the silence, I'll bring a bell next time, lol :D
Just screwing around a bit... I'll come 'round here often and post
craps for people to enjoy. By the way, check out my journal entries
on my viewpage. Might get your days going.

Anyways, y'all have a great dayOh hey! And I think most of the people here do live in Asia, not me though, I live in Texas. Hmm... I don't think I would ever like to live on an island, too isolated.
Have a nice day as well.
I got a new sig, like it?
Great sig, dude. I agree that hardly anyone wants to live on an isolated island. Guess it fits my personality though, reserved and isolated. Maybe I'm just a damn hermit. Anyways, thank God I can at least express myself here. Today was the first day in my life to touch a dead cat in the morning. I could still smell the stench from it from my hands.

Well, here's my problem: I can compose with the notes and all on a sheet of five-lined papers but when it comes to composing on the computer, I simply don't know what or how to do this, I don't know what kind of programs I need for composing ON the computer. My ideas come out but I can't express it and submit it here. Can any of you folks suggest something?... I would really appreciate if you do.
Just saw this damn thing going on and thought I might want to join up.
Nice poem, man, I think it's like a part of a punk rock music. Could use that for lyrics. Awesome!
Very imaginative and smooth progression of words, FEMALE-DOG. I think it's perfect.
I'm totally new to this place but I'll give it a go:
Hummingbird
Flaps its wings a hundred times
Chirps all day that sound like chimes
She is smaller than those limes
Go to a flower
Bees tell her to go slower
"Easy on the honey, you slacker!"
Sits on a porch
Then a man chases her with a torch
Finally ends up here
Chirping and tweeting as I give her a leer
She is a Royal Princess charmed by magic
Who wants to be the most intrinsic
Count to three, she's a human
Three, two, one...! Boom...! Oops..!
Wrong spell. You are now a MOCKINGBIRD!!!
Hmm... Seemed a little stupid... :P
Well, what the hell, then let things to come into place. I think McCain will be president. That's it, period.
Jesus, no matter who the leader of North Korea will be later on in the future, we'll experience the same kind of shit from them?
In the Pacifics, there are thousands of politicians who are involved with corruption.
As far as I know, they usually put millions of dollars into their pockets without any
trouble. Damn, I'm pretty sure corruption must be stopped. What do you folks think
it's the best way to stop/prevent corruption in such undeveloped island nations?

north Korea is nothing compared to china , as china can have a 900 million- 1 billion man army and the usa could only have a 100 - 200 million man army . Talk about out numbered ! and North Korea could have a 50 - 120 million man army , and china could have way more nuclear weapons then the west
so in the end who wins ? if it's a modern war nobody.
Hmm... Well, in my opinion, the US has far more superior weaponry than China, we don't win wars by numbers, we win wars by intelligence
So um... Guys, do you think there is a solution to this damn thing...? I personally think no matter who becomes leader of North Korea, things would still be the same, the old family generation type of shit and all...
Well, can't we just wipe out the leaders then, the ones who are infesting the minds of innocent people then? Send an assasination team or something...???
