I dont use Newgrounds that often but when I do I like to vote on a few submissions etc

Everytime I vote on those 5 submissions I get my 10 points but everytime it still says I have 150 points left to level up

I want to make a website with using minimal money (less than £10) what program do i need to download or is there one online which is detailed and good. Im not an expert with software so I wouldn't want to use something too complicated. The website I want to make is basically a blog and then I want to have a forum.

Once i'm done with making the website I need to find somewhere where I can host it. What is the cheapest place that can host my website?

I wanna buy some speakers for my bedroom since I got quite a lot of money recently!

My budget is around £500/$600 I dont need them for dj'ing or any mixing I just want something that I can play cd's with and my ipod. So I sort of need a Hi-Fi. Something with a control bit with bass and then a slot slot for cd's. I wanna get a subwoofer and then two other speakers.

Well I guess to have to make it illegal you would have to use the same name and maybe the charecters would have to be the same name but otherwise I would think you can do quite a lot!

I was watching a show the other day about a selection of people that had tourettes syndrome.
There were these adults shouting random things. I found it quite amusing through most of it but then I figured that they have to suffer it and its not nice.

Is laughing at tourrettes or any other weird syndromes harsh?
