Since I seen so much flash...and how great some things are.
i want to get started on this,

I want to know where you get the flash progam, and how much it is.
I mean, I've been with Photoshop CS2 for a while, but I want animation with sound.

And also: Is it hard to make movies on flash? Does it take s alot of time?

First, they draw it...on paper. Like a sketch. Then they scan it, and on photoshop they add the detail lines and color. Its common sense.
