I'm working on a platform game kind of like "alien hominid" and "gogo happy and smile". It's going pretty well except for the fact that i can't seem to figure out how to get the A.I. codes right for the enemys. There kind of like the enemies in alien hominid; the're really simple and all i need them to do is shoot at you every couple seconds, and jump on a platform when you do to try and shoot you, When you duck i need them to be able to duck and shoot you and when you get behind them i need them to be able to turn around and shoot you. I know i have to use some short of mirror code to get themto turn around but im really lost. could some one please help?
if you know of any good tutorials or tutorial sites please tell me

you go to the "alphas" thing in flash,after you've selected the movieclip, and make it totaly transparent (at least i think thats how you do it....i don't have flash right now...my third trial version ended not too long ago...)

Why make pong? no one wants to sit at the computer screen watching a ball bouce back n fourth over and over agian. but if you so deeply want to make pong then i sugest going to www.flashkit.com or look in newgrounds tutoirals.

i seariously dont think you even googled this. There are tons of places that could show you how to make pong.

I have the latest version of flash. I think it doesnt work cuz i have dial up

that might be it because its slower but i wouldnt know what it is then because i have road runner

Only the stupid people with no skill thinks its hard. No you've made it too easy for me :) but the only thing i dont realy like about it now is that its harder to get your rage level up, as with before it was really easy, now it takes longer and you have to kill more people.

thanks but i've already looked in flash-kit, they don't have what i need.


I'm working on an awsome game( your an "aline/devil looking guy and you shoot the enemies) but I cant get the enemie's a.i. code right for some reason. i'm stumped. the enemie's ai code needs to be like the enemy FBI dudes in "alien hominid"(the online version). I know that games kind of outdated but thats just an example of how i'm trying to get the code to be like. If anyone knows of any tutorials that could help me or if they know of the code themselves i would really like like it.
