Gee, a yellow oval with a textured font. Here's an example of a good logo in progress. A logo shouldn't just be a shape with text; make it an object that summarizes/symbolizes the site/company you are making it for.

And then maybe you can slap on some cool looking text.

I gave it a one because even though it was terrible quality, it was decent length and you didn't just use sprites. Clean up your graphics A LOT, use more colors, etc. etc.
