Alright, see this is what I mean...you don't use samples in EJay, all everyone uses is loops...and the put them together then call it "THEIR" music, and call it "GOOD". Screw that..

For the love of god...if you use EJay to create music, then DON'T SUBMIT IT. I'm tired of hearing people just using the pre-fabricated loops that are EJay. I don't consider that making music...because it's too easy. Just slap a bunch of loops together and you have a song? BS..that's not how it works. That is not how professional artists make music...and if you think so, then your HIGHLY mistaken. Please pick some quality software to create music: Cubase, Fruityloops, or Reason.

I don't mean to advertise or anything, but one thing I like about Mp3Unsigned.com is the ability to see what artists recommend you, and who you recommend. If you go here: http://www.mp3unsigned.com/Showband.asp?id=28 3 and scroll too the bottom, you can see what I mean. A feature like that would be really cool.

If your using FL, you could up the buffer length in settings. Make sure the song is playing while you tweak this so you can see when you start getting a bunch of Underruns. Only bad thing about this is that any input, be it MIDI or w/e will be delayed the more you move that slider to the right. However, If your not doing any live sequencing, then it shouldn't be a big deal.

I do the same thing as well, but I'm a little spontaneous about it. Ill be doing something completely unrelated to music, usually boring. Because of my boredom..I want to hear some DnB, so I start softly beat boxing(which im horrible at). I usually end up adding a bass line to my ....beat... by humming while doing it. Every once in a while I come up with something pretty cool, and I try and put it in FL. Usually comes up quite a bit different then the original idea.

Other then that...my main musical inspirations are Pendulum, and Logistics.

Anyone noticed how on Tuesday night is when ALL HELL Breaks loose? Everyone submits at around the same time. Also people usually have a song or 2 that they submitted a month or two ago that still has a score of 0, so they 5 as well. People start zeroing-bombing like crazy. All so they can get to the top 5...

As you can see in this image. http://www.jonathanbastnagel.com/wierd.png all those song's where submitted in the past . Most with no score, and barely no downloads. Why all of a sudden the 5 on all of them?

Oddly enough, there's only one song that was submitted today, and it was
Visions of the Future...which in my opinion is a damn good song. Surprisingly it doesn't even have a score of 5 as you would expect.

I have nothing against any of these authors. I just find this quite amusing. Anyone else notice this?
