It looks like you've been heavily influenced by Sonic the Hedgehog art.
I don't like the fact that one eye is partially closed and the other one is fully open, it looks like she has some kind of condition that way.
Keep practicing and work on your anatomy.
This is the art forum, amigo. For visual art only. Thx.

Does anybody know some good software that is easy to learn, to create complex 3D wirframes?
Might want to ask in the lounge as you don't have any original work to show.
Not sure about the "easy" part, but, I believe Maya is the ten ton monster truck that most studios use. Another heavyweight is 3D Studio Max.
Blender, being free, is the one that a lot of people use around here.
Don't forget http://www.paint.net/ also free.
I know it's kind of getting off topic but I'll contribute to the tablet/paper debate and say that they are different, one isn't, for me, easier than another. I prefer paper for accurate line work, but a tablet is much better for mimicking painting and even has some advantages over canvas and paint in that regard. I think a tablet (or tablet PC) is indispensable if you want to do digital art, and a worthy investment, but it does take a lot of practice.
You can also try free demos of Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter, but you'll have only limited time to try before they'll want you to fork over some SERIOUS money.

Are you aware for instance, that the average American gamer is 35 years old? Most people have the impression that it is mainly kids who game, but they couldn't be more wrong.
35 you say? Damn, at that age I hope the arthritis in my fingers won't prevent me from picking up the controller!
You haven't even played one of the games and yet you make a decision on which is better?
This topic is bad and you should feel bad. Asking people for their opinion and then saying that their opinion is not valid is dead stupid.
I do spend a bit too much on my gaming habit. Right now I've acquired a pretty good backlog of games I need to find time to play but I still keep buying new ones... at least I'll have a way to keep occupied when I finally get some extra free time.
This is by no means a definitive list, but:
1) Braid
2) Trine
3) Shatter
4) Critter Crunch
5) Fat Princess
Runner up: Marvel vs Capcom 2
Try a straight edge for your lines.
Also; this thread is going to get exciting. =3

What about Snausages?
Lol, they smell good, but man, I wouldn't put that stuff in my mouth..

BACON!
Lol, that's nuts. What is the world coming to?
Though it is referenced, this is not traced.
What I would recommend for you to do, OP, is to do some realistic anatomy practice. While it may not seem like that's what you want to do it will help you in almost every other form of art.
I like this ChoW idea, I'll make something if I get the motivation to do so. =3
We don't do links around here, pardner. Post art in the thread using the "Include Picture?:" attachment feature, please. You MAY post a link to a higher quality and/or higher resolution image but there has to be a version of the art in the thread you make. Thank you and have a wonderful existence.
PS: You may remake this thread with the art you wish to post in it.
Easily.
I rarely play online and when I do it's usually co-op, and I don't have that many online co-op games, so...

You think that took a whole 5 minutes to do?
This thread is dangerously close to being locked. Work harder on what you post OP.

Seeing the film does DEFINITELY not count. In fact if you saw the film you might have to read it again to repair the damage.
So, I noticed this isn't the first mention of The Watchmen comic you've made 'round these parts, you must be a fan.
I've read about half of the comic and now the compilation sits on my bookshelf gathering dust, the other half is on my to-do list along with quite a few other unfinished books, graphic novels and manga, there just aren't enough hours in the day anymore, nor enough gas in the tank at the end of the day...
I've not seen the movie.
Sweet art and congrats on getting on the front page! I really like the Wolverine and Hulk images.
Calendrier? Calculette? Réglages? The hell?
Anyway; using a bunch of images you found on the internet and putting them in a ugly background does not art make. Try designing your own icons and such. Thx.
Let's keep the flaming and homophobic slurs to ourselves, shall we?
No more flaming, off topic posting, derailing or +1 posting.
I don't want to have to clean up another mess in this thread.
Thank you.

how can you not have loads of snow...in winter...in canada, climate change aaarrrggghhhh
Big-J is lying, LYING!
I have an atlas of North America and it clearly states that Mexico is one giant sandbox of desert, the US is TOTALLY covered in lush grass and Canada has 3 feet of snow on the ground at ALL TIMES.
It stops at the border.

Seriously, wtf.
I've seen snow on I think seven separate days in my life. Three of those have been this winter.
....wtf.
lol global warming
That's "climate change" mister! Global warming is so last year. Get with the times.

4.the arm is in normal position
I think that the misunderstanding about the arm, though I may be wrong, is that the fingers are poorly defined, so it looks like the hand is backwards.
Yup, my "friends" were lost as well.
I'm not woried though, I'm confident they will get it rectified before too long, just be patient.
