Also also; PC gamers and PS3 gamers will be able to play together and chat with one another.
This is an interesting development for Valve, a company not generally known for embracing the PS3 in the past.
Unlike Quest 64, I love to play old games that are actually fun.
I was playing DOOM II this morning, I've been making a map for Quake, I've recently had the urge to play several NES games again as well.
Some games haven't aged that well, but a good game never goes out of style.
I prayed to Chernobog that a troll would appear in these very forums.
Praise be to Chernobog! Amen.
Yes, I think Portugal did a politically daring thing legalizing drugs and it has paid off for them, I do think that the American focus on winning a 'drug war' is entirely misguided. If the proper procedures and resources could be put in place legalizing currently illegal drugs could be very beneficial for several reasons; reducing drug trafficking (and gang wars in the US and in Mexico and other drug supplying countries), reducing drug related deaths and incarcerations, getting people into drug treatment and addiction counseling (as has been demonstrated in Portugal), etc.
However the political system in the US is held hostage by misinformation and old ideas about drug legalization. Don't expect it to happen any time soon.
As with any hobby, you should be doing it to have fun and what that means and the amount of fun you have is up to you. Playing to enjoy yourself is what it takes to be a true gamer.
If you rearrange the letters in 'KermitTheMuppet' you can get 'hermit kept pet mu!'
Is this what the average Newgrounder spends their time thinking about?
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, some of the only scary video game moments that stick in my mind belong to that game; notibly the 'sanity effects.' I don't really want to spoil any of the things that can happen, but there are lots of great surprises in that game.
Also the Resident Evil Gamecube remake really bumped the horror up a notch for the series.
I don't watch Hollywood awards shows, but reading those were pretty damn funny. If he (or anyone) can't take the piss out of asshole, multimillionaire, hacks, who can he take the piss out of? Those people lucked out on life, they need to quit whining.
Congrats on avoiding death for another year, J-qb!

This. The Behemoth, as a small video game company, seems to be working on one console project at a time. BattleBlock Theater is what they're doing now, when that's all done hopefully they'll announce what their next big project will be.
I'd love to see a sequel to Alien Hominid, I thought it was a great and very challenging game, I, still, very much hope that they port Alien Hominid HD to the PS3, but I don't expect to see a sequel to it any time soon.
I shit you not when I tell you that DuckTales (NES) was one of the best games to come out of the 80s. It had great graphics, gameplay and music and was a total blast to play though. Makes me wish I had my NES with me right now...

Your answer gave me an erection. Except for Zero Wing (which I've never played, but am aware of the... controversy surrounding it), this pretty much sums up what I would consider great classics.
Maybe add in DuckTales and Megaman 2...
It's so rebellious and cool! They're flaunting the law publicly and there is nothing that can be done about it! It's hardcore, man, totally hardcore! Best thing evar!
In, perhaps, 5 billion years or so the sun will expand and cool and eventually become a nebula with the core continuing to cool and becoming a smaller star.
Why is this a problem for you?

And here's an example image of my bubbles with Bubbles (I did not draw Bubbles, I made the bubbles).
That was easy and fun, everyone should make some bubbles for this guy! =D

Have you never seen or heard of hosiery? Jesus, what a stupid question.
Looks like there's no such thing as coincidence anymore.
Then don't buy the potion, problem solved.
I recently repurchased Star Wars: Dark Forces on Steam and have been playing it again. The DOSBox emulation isn't perfect (particularly in regards to the sounds), but the addition of mouse movement and WASD control are much easier than the original control scheme.
Anyway, I'm having a blast playing this nearly 16 year old game again.
Does anyone else remember this classic FPS?
What are your thoughts and impressions of the game?
That's not an ape, that's a man in a costume!!
Yeah, I don't know about dA, it has a culture of not giving proper criticism of the 'art' but rather only giving praise, which I find annoying and unhelpful as an artist.
Well if the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that people leaving Islam should be put to death then, by golly, it would be wrong to let them live. We can never question our prophet and his word, that would be blasphemous and blasphemy must be punished by death as well.
I rented it once, way back in the day ('cause I thought the Silver Surfer was awesome), played it for a few minutes and gave up in disgust and despair. Unlike Battletoads, Silver Surfer is a game that is just not fun to play.

What gritty reboot of anything has been much of any good at all?
