I cant do all this,theres more poses and art...

we just need help,for animators,coders and artists.

Beacuse i have always quite liked you,i can give you enough advice in one post that
you could use it as how-to.
I have been drawing in real-life since i was 2,i hope it is useful to you.
Ok first stop the computer for about a week,really just forget about it.
get a nice pointy pencil and practice draw lines.
get your hand loose.
and then fo draw real things,with shading use a sorta flat pencil for that.
its easy to do the shading a tiny bit because it there,the only hard bit
is drawing it...
CARTOONS!.tom and jerry,bugs bunny...
Now these are good,try drawing like them.
(not the same characters)
Infact draw your own character.
and use your talent
To its highest contemt.
