this is it, right some guy makes a character right then anouther guy comes along and asks permission to use the character and of they say yes!! the guy that asked the other guy can use the character as his avatar. rules . you can only make/use a vatar of your a member to becom a member ask me. rule2 .no mspaint. rule3 .none of this following things, porn ,noobs,no mspaint unless your good at it. bye. here is a sample avatar he is called groovy man.
